At Ricoh, after the incorporation of Npo Sistemi, as Head of Cybersecurity & Compliance Line of Business, part of Ricoh Cloud & Cyber portfolio, I supported the integration of NPO Sistemi's solutions and services within the One Ricoh Cloud & Cyber portfolio, including the following activities among others:


■ Defining and supporting the Go-To-Market as spoke-person for demand generation initiatives (events, webinars, demos).

■ Supporting the sales and pre-sales team in training, positioning, CIO/CISO engagement and opportunity development.

At NPO Sistemi, the IT Services company part of Ricoh group, within the Innovation & Strategy team, I was responsible for the scratch-creation of the cybersecurity and compliance business line, directly coordinating the presales team and working closely with the sales, marketing, and services teams. ■ Developed a scratch-created business volume of up to €6 million in FY25 (80% based on subscription and recurring services).
